Deposit Policy: 50% due when booking the event; the remainder due, in full after the event is conducted. (We must order all of the supplies in advance to the party and must have this deposit to do so.)
Signature on the Terms & Conditions page with your estimate required in order to run the event.
Payment Methods: Cash, Credit-Card, or Debit. No checks please. Transactions occur online through paypal.
Cancellation: 7 days prior notice is required for all cancellations to receive a full deposit refund. A 6 Days notice, 50% will be refunded and less than 5 days, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made 4 business days or less prior to an event will be charged the full value of the function.
We are not responsible if any child is hurt or harmed in any way during the event unless harm comes directly from contact or actions of an employee of 521 Party Planners.
Event Times: Event times as stated in the contract are considered binding in order to insure that we may successfully service subsequent events.
